Caixa forum museum and cultural centre is located in a modernist building, a textile factory located at the bottom of Montjuïc mountain and projected by the architect Puig i Cadafalch on XX century.

Caixa Forum holds in a space of 12.000m2 in three floors different permanent exhibitions and some temporary ones, mainly art exhibitions, through these walls very famous artists have been hanging on the walls such as Dalí, Miquel Barceló, Rodin, Rubens etc..

CaixaForum offers social programs, cultural and educational. There are exhibitions of ancient art, modern and contemporary as well. The collection of contemporary art from Obra Social La Caixa is one of the most important ones in Spain and it is exhibited in Caixa Forum through their temporary exhibitions.

They have a permanent program of concerts, cinema projections, debates, conferences, art shows, and family programs that have made Caixa Forum a centre of reference.
