  • Parc de la Ciutadella: you can start at Passeig Picasso and run along the park, there are plenty of paths to run inside the park and also on the outside.
  • MontjuIc: you can get there by cable car o on foot, good way to start your route. You can go around Montjuïc castle and the museum and passing by the coast and the funicular stop
  • Carretera de les Aigües: is the classic place to go for a run when you have more time, at the weekend. You can start at Pla dels Maduixers or Plaça Mireia in Esplugues. It is an 18km run, but you can find shorter routes in the same area as well.
  • Sea side: from the W hotel until Poblenou, la Marbella beach you can run right next to the beach, great scene an very Barcelona like.
  • Diagonal: it is a very famous street for runners, it goes through Barcelona and has pedestrian parts so you can run along from beginning to end. Although it is in the middle of the city, there are trees on every side so it makes it more greenish.
  • Sagrada Familia: Mark Zuckerberg choose Sagrada Familia, Eixample is a nice area and if you go down you can end up into the sea side as well. Near the monument there are two little parks as well where you can run too.
